Free for personal use
Katatopisi is free to browse, search and read for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No account, no payment.
What it is not
This is an aggregation of official open data, not a technical survey, a valuation, an engineering certificate, a title search or legal advice. It does not see inside a building, does not know who holds title to it, and has no opinion on whether you should buy, rent or build. A real decision needs a civil engineer and a lawyer.
No warranty
The site, the map, the reports and the downloadable PDF are provided "as is," without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We correct errors we find, and reported errors are welcome at contact@katatopisi.gr, but every figure traces to a named public source and responsibility for the underlying data lies with its publisher, not with us.
Data and attribution
The facts shown are republished from the named public sources listed on the Sources and licences page, under each source's own licence. OpenStreetMap-derived data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL); anyone redistributing it must credit OpenStreetMap and keep the same terms.
Professional and commercial use
Personal use is free. Using a Katatopisi report or PDF as part of paid professional work, for example an engineer, lawyer, surveyor or estate agent presenting it to a paying client, or building a product or service on top of it, requires a separate licence. Contact contact@katatopisi.gr to arrange one.
Sponsored links
Some report sections may show a link marked "Sponsored." Marked links may earn a commission if you use them. They never change a fact, a score or a recommendation in the report; see the Partnerships page.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Empsychia Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a report, including any decision to buy, sell, insure or build based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in Greece or elsewhere in the EU, nothing in this clause takes away any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country, including your right to bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
